For every entrepreneur, worrying about money markets and investments coincide with everyday operations. CEOs of publicly traded companies are not the only bigwigs that need to worry about their statuses in the eyes of their investors. It is always the business owner’s duty to secure employee benefits (401k, etc.) and stock options for those involved, even if it is a privately owned company.
