Your Table = No Fun

As someone that owns a marketing agency, I have to attend a lot of conferences and trade shows. While there, I try to network and meet as many people as possible. While it’s important to be the initiator of conversations, it’s a lot easier to have your brand materials provide enough intrigue to allow attendees to come up to you.

Aside from all of the basics, such as business cards, stickers, posters, and advertisements in the official event programs, there are many other ways to portray your company in the most powerful and professional light. For starters, logo tablecloths make the perfect covering to any corporate table at any event. It’s too often that I go to a show and see a few representatives of a company having to set up an immense castle for their stations. Not only does it take them forever to build it, but by the time they are finished setting up, they are too tired to promote the company effectively. The opposite approach provides the same result. If you don’t have ENOUGH materials to decorate your area, you will look unprepared and unprofessional.

We strongly recommend thinking long and hard about your setup before committing to have a presence at your next event. Go through the motions to ensure that you have all of the necessary products and materials that will make your business stand out amongst the rest.
