Success = Inspiration (People + Process)
Every machine requires two inputs: People and Processes.
It all boils down to the right people working on the right things.
I've recently figured out that that isn't enough, however. While excellent in its simplicity, it doesn't solve the problem - "But what if the right people are working on the right things, but not toward the correct goal."
The answer resides in the "Why" proposition. It's motivation. It's inspiration. It's the strategy that fulfills the participants involved. It's passion for the desired output of success.
Find your catalyst and make it the exponent to your existing systems. You'll notice that no matter the form of inspiration it is, the positive results will be more noticeable.
