I'm traveling for half of the month so this one will be a bit sporadic.
I've already discussed my current plans with my wife and here they are:
- Wake up at 6am every morning
- Meditate for 10 minutes
- Run/workout for an hour
- Take an ice cold shower
- Make a protein smoothie
- Leave for the office by 7:45am
It might start off being easier said than done, but I do hope to stick with this new regimen throughout August and perhaps all of September.
