August 2015: 30 Day Challenge

I'm traveling for half of the month so this one will be a bit sporadic. 

I've already discussed my current plans with my wife and here they are:

  • Wake up at 6am every morning
  • Meditate for 10 minutes
  • Run/workout for an hour
  • Take an ice cold shower
  • Make a protein smoothie
  • Leave for the office by 7:45am

It might start off being easier said than done, but I do hope to stick with this new regimen throughout August and perhaps all of September.
